Just like to thank a windsurfer, Adam, at St.Kilda for retrieving my kite baord last week.
Couple of hundred metres offshore and managed to come off my board, again, and no matter how hard I tried could not body drag to retrieve it. I was out there for what seemed like an eternity, probably about 20 minutes, with the board going out to sea. Other kiters didn't even look twice to help out, but that's o.k cause I know who you are After all hope was lost I went back into shore and waved boodbye About 10 minutes later a windsurfer came in with the board and with a big grin handed it back.
Once again Adam, you are a champion Thanks.

This is excellent news ! Now these are the type of wonderful situations where you hear about windsurfers helping out kiters, and visa-versa... Great to hear we can all get along Glad you got your board back windburn, and thanks Adam

I reckon kiters and windsurfers should all go down their local pub, make peace by the kiters shouting the windsurfers a beer then we can cr@p on about how good each respective sport is and you can try to explain to us why it is you where pants over wetsuits

Then we'll just figure out we all worship the same gods of wind and waves and that we are so much better than the lesser mortals that havent yet been enlightened .
