You can't get it for free mark. Those wirelesses need electricity, unless you're using a hand crank.
And then if you want to listen to the episode at a time that suits you you'll have to buy a tape, and good luck finding one of those.
Alternately you can press the play button on your newfangled podcast player.
computer.howstuffworks.com/internet/basics/podcasting.htm...pretty much everything I watch or listen to is a podcast, be it a YouTube channel like the America's Cup or a TV series on the AppleTV, a blog/rss feed, or a more traditional, actual podcast. I can't remember the last time I had to tune in at a certain time. Must be years. And now the range of offerings is
huge.
...and if you don't use up your internet allowance then you've wasted it. If you only use half you've effectively paid double for it.
