Google Earth Problem On Mac - can't see photos

Google Earth;

The photos don't download... all I see is a white box where the photo is meant to be...

Any ideas what is wrong? Software is all up to date. It's been like this for months. I re-boot every few days, same problem is always there....

Have you tried ringing, faxing or sending an email to Steve Jobs?
