Hey Guys, all the talk lately of no places set up for watersports holidays have inspired me to buy one and set one up. I have set a website up if anyone is interested. This place has great beaches for basically anything, plus the beaches are kite friendly. Good SE and NE breezes for onshore and cross winds. I sail there all the time. Check out the website on www.keppelcottage.vpweb.com.au. Or you can just type in Keppel Sands Luxury Cottage. Its set on a 1000sqm block with heaps of grass and laydown areas. Also there are more than 20 islands and four creek systems full of fish and crabs. Last of all I bought it opposite the local pub. Got to enjoy a beer after the salt. Cheers Pete

Yes on a good day does not generate to much power for surfing though. I usualy use a sup board on a good day or just stick to sailboarding or kiting. But I can put you onto the best surf beaches in the region Within a close drive.
