The bloke who filmed that has no idea that he caused it by chasing the horses down, filming them. Had he stopped the horses would have eased off and avoided the up coming car. Common sence really, just because one has a piece of paper with ones photo on it don't mean you can drive. If you are rounding up beasts, droving, the last thing u do is push them from up close, send the dog around and block them, or stay away letting them calm down. and then mozy on down.
