1 $600 cross trainer.....used maybe less than 5 hrs in 3 years shame , shame, shame !

There must be a hell of a lot of superfit and healthy people living near me, going by the amount of no longer needed cross trainers, weight benches, treadmills, exercise bikes and "gawdknowswhattheyarecalledfittnessgizmos" turfed out by the locals in the recent council bulk rubbish pick up.

Dunno where these "fit-n-healthies" are hiding though,
all I see are fat slobs, cellulite and death warmed up examples wobbling around the place.

Oh,.. I never thought of that.
Since we're now thinking laterally, I suppose it could also be a $600 personal trainer that you have made cross, by not paying the $600.
Or by not sticking to the training program ?
Or by not paying another $600 for the cross trainer shoes they were selling?
So many possibilities.

Kerbside collection is due here v shortly(Gosnells/Armadale). There are x trainers and other fitness stuff everywhere

My mrs also wanted a bike and in 2 years it's done 1 12km lap of the coast.

Im yet to come across someone throwing out a squat cage

Sigh.... my (now ex) wife needed an exercise machine thingy years ago... I'm quite certain I have burnt more calories moving it when we have moved house than she ever burnt using the damn thing...
Seems like it's a common story.

Exercise is a HABIT
If you foster good habits you will do it (with or without machines)

I have a bench press. I Can't remember how much I paid for it but it was probably around $180.
I also have a 3 month Gym membership that I've used 4 or 5 times in the last 2 and a half months. That was $250.
