Hi,
I am beginner and weight about 80kg
and I would like to know if a 13m kite is suitable for Melbourne's wind.

Depends what volume board you go for

As far as I know they don't use volume as a measure for kiteboards, only for windsurfing boards. I was being a smartarse to get you to try the kitesurfing forum
