Hey,
I'm interested in trying Kite Surfing - looks like heaps of fun, but I want to be sure I can do it before I invest any money in equipment. Can anybody suggest a good place that offers lessons in Melbourne? I actually want to get in the water and give it a go.

try the kitesurfing section, you will get more response trigga

The general feeling here is that anybody can learn to kitesurf.
The hard part is doing it safely, so you're not a risk to yourself or others.

Do a google search for kite republic. I had my lessons through them, good guys.
