reminds me of a joke...

two gay dudes are walking past a morgue on a boiling hot day , one turns to the other and asked, so want to stop and suck down a cold one... boom boom!

OK, how about taking up SUP?. The UK Boards magazine editor says he lost 5Kg doing it so far (don't know how long that is though). If you went down from say 110Kg to 90Kg, according to James' sail calculator you could plane in 3.6 knots less wind with a 7.5m sail. (For others:- This is a windsurfing example). Just think of all the gear (eg. masts) you wouldn't break if you got down to 90Kg.

Hmmmmm, you been stalking me? You seem to have the info, although I'm guessing that a few 110kg guys break masts often

As for SUP, was at a mate's house last night, he's just bought a 9ft+ Mal, looks the goods! Just need to grab the oar out of my boat....viola!
