Found it!! Thanks heaps to Gerry, guest of Lancelin Lodge, and Trish from Lancelin Lodge for their help with returning my harness.
I decided to call a few places up in Lancelin to see if someone had handed in the harness. I had a whole list and started with Lancelin Lodge. Amazingly, I spoke to Trish and she said "sure, Gerry found one the other day and was looking for the owner!!" Needless to say I was pretty happy, went up there to pick it up and thanked them with a few beers.
