This waverider buoy is showing east swell as west swell.
Is the buoy upside down?

This was posted on the site yesterday

he wave direction recorded by the Port Kembla Waverider buoy is erroneous due to a faulty compass. The wave height and period data is not affected by the faulty compass
.
