how am i supposed to remain 10 kgs overweight, i cant even eat a handful let alone the whole box .

What they need to do is change the dumb instructions on the top

"To Open Tear From This End >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>"

That means to tear FROM the right because that is where the arrows are pointing to.
But that does not work of course.........

What they mean is "Tear In This Direction >>>>>>>>>>"

Big difference, what dope wrote that. They sure as hell would not last in any occupation where clarity and thus brains are required

Many years ago a chick I was seeing was very senior in production at Arnotts in Sydney, and the mismanagement that went on there was mind boggling.

Just because a company is big, do not assume the company has their act together. They probably just have better PR people to make everyone believe that is the case.

Shame on you arnotts.

I think if you need instructions on how to open a cardboard box, you wouldn't last in any occupation....period. lol

I'm sure they do taste better. But it's just a matter of choosing the right comparison baseline.

Like the recent case where their health claim of "75 per cent less fat" did not not actually mean 75 per cent less fat:

Thoughts on whether this is a publicity stunt; drive public hate for new flavour then return to production of original shapes making increased profit from increased consumer spending?

But the re-seal tab doesn't work unless you do it the right way. And how would you know the right way the first time, in the absence of instructions?

If ya going to go to the effort to write instructions, do it properly.

Worked for one of the leading potato chip groups many years ago. Two of the quality control people on nights at the production plant, got a little side tracked one night
They stuffed the BBQ flavouring, it ran out at some stage, resulting in a large amount of packaging being just zero flavour
Boss had perfect remedy for them to keep their jobs.
They had to start at end of the production run, and taste a packet from each carton, until they found where the BBQ flavour ran out. There was a couple hundred boxes.
Both extremely embarrassed, as my crew sort of figured out what they had been up too, and both being in relationships with others, not at the plant

Coca Cola's most unsuccessful promotion was the "New Coke"......but it's most successful was the relaunch of the traditional coke.

How dare they change these, I hate change when its bad for the consumer, I have a list of most hated changes or removal of products and finally I have the opportunity to voice my opinion.

1) Clearly the new bbq shapes, these aren't bbq shapes they are something different how about you keep selling me the original bbq and try launch a new product IE poor quality bbq shapes or the woest shapes in history

2) Cottees cordial when they changed from 2 litres to 1 litre bottles, yeah cheaper for shipping but doesn't taste the same has more flavouring and sugar and less good stuff in it, all the colours in it separate and its a different consistency. Obviously more flavouring and artificial colours cause when I do let the kids get a bottle they drink it and it sets them off, Orange colours seem to be the most toxic

3)hazelnut rolls (the icecream) I cant find them I don't think they sell them any more why not???? they are the best. Im quite angry about this one

4) those chocalates vice versas with the white chocolate on the inside and the brown on the outside or vice versa..... WTF you cant get me hooked on this than cut me off.

Score!

Just found one lonely pack of ORIGINAL Pizza Shapes on the local IGA shelves...

Just munching through half of them before the kids get home

What fool of a Product Manager made the decision to change this and thought consumers will love it... Samboy did the same thing with their chips and new bigger flavour a few years back - well guess what new and/or bigger does not equal better. We switched brands...
