Before I friggin jump off the roof, is there anyway to speak to someone from Paypal that speaks a bloody language or dialect I can understand.
I have had a guts full of these foreign call centres, ANZ lost all our accounts because of it.
But I need to work out a technical issue with someone intelligent.
