Just curious.. When you go to buy something would you go for a cheaper price or quality service from someone who believes in and backs up their product?
For me its service hands down . If i don't get acknowledgment in the first 2 minutes of walking into a place i turn around and walk staight out never to return.
From having a business myself, price gets you in the door, but doesn't last long if the service isn't there!
I've continued trading for years with suppliers, knowing that they're prices aren't the cheapest, but knowing that if I needed info, or something in a hurry, they'd help out.....a personalised approach doesn't go astray either!
As for walking out after 2mins, never to return....a bit harsh, give them a second chance at least, you never know what the circumstances are....I won't return if it happens more than once though.
Good quality service is worth paying a little extra for. No hassles warranty's beats being off the water cause the cheaper product broke and your warranty takes months to be sorted out.

Of course it depends on the situation. All it takes is a "won't be long mate" and i'll wait for as long as it takes.Even if the salesperson is having a personal chat on the phone or whatever.
Service, and back up support without a hassle 100% And agree with the adage of an acknowledgment "be with you in a tick" scenario, when busy keeps me in the store.
what often happens these days is the customer goes to the shop, gets all the expert advise for free and then buys the product off the internet. They will then often seek after sales service from the shop because they're an agent for the product.
Yeah, I reckon product and service are at top of my list, price is a close second there and finally chuck in a no worries warranty then thats the ducks knutts fer me
I reckon if you use a shop to suss out gear, then buy on the net, then go back to the shop as previously mentioned (Richifish) ,...Surely you cannot expect very much from that operator.
