Arancini, I live a few houses up from the hospital and I've witnessed a car cut off a couple of cars at the intersection, the people in the other cars car were honking and yelling expletives at the first car, only to find that it flew (nearly sideways) straight into the emergency driveway and out of sight.

The others were left looking a little stupid, and I learned that, exactly as you said, you don't know other's circumstances, and state of minds, so you're better-off just continuing on your way and be happy that you're ok.
