The knocking is the "Mob Mentality/Schoolyard Bully Syndrome". If someone is a bit different or does not agree with the general consensus, they get picked on. Fact of life. It does not bother me one iota.

If you took the time to go through all of my posts to this forum I don't think you will find one example of me knocking another forum member (except in an obviously jocular manner).

Only a few people on this forum know me personally so to the knockers I say bring it on because they really do not know what or who they are talking about.

As to your last sentence:-

I would take out the words "slowly sand eatin monkeys westernised" and substitute them with "soon barbaric savages civilised".
