Who does them? Easy peasy?

What I really want to do is place the $ in an account that is offset against my mortgage ...somehow.

If there's a sneaky way to do it PM me.

hmmmm.... nice idea. I'd like to do that too... would have to be more benificial than most funds performance this past year (and likely the next few too).
