Hmmm... Interesting.
I'm currently sitting in a hostel in Austria which is only 120km away from that road and I'm googling things to do tomorrow because of the rainy forecast...
I'll post pics if I go, although my gutless rental car won't be much fun.

The giro de Italia (Italy's tour de france) regulary use this route as one of their climbs.
Dunno about going up but would be awesome to downhill LOL
