I put one of the Dogs Rubber Toys in our Pizza oven and it smoked the whole house out with thick black smelly smoke, wont be doing that again

You're going to have to narrow it down into meaningful categories. So many blunders....

Here's one. At work I left my phone and wallet in the office and ducked down to get something out of the car. It was after hours so the building security was active. I could get down in the lift but without my wallet with the lift key I couldn't get back up. What's more I couldn't get into the garage without the lift key. I didn't have my phone. I didn't have any money and I was locked out. I'm lucky it was only a 10 k walk home I guess.
