so in the year of jumping on the green band wagon for financial gain
take some time out think is it worth saving and if it is what is it worth saving for.
new kiting gear will still be to expencive , there will never be enough wind , your secert spot will always be to crowded and you mates sheila will always be hot .
sure i would change the world but as long as so much power is given to so few people there is no hope for change.

so who are these scientists where can i read up on this stuff.

does anyone else think that a 50m shift (that's 1cm per year for 5000 years)in the earths orbit around the sun equates to sweet F.A.

who measures our distance from the sun so accurately anyway?

I think the scientists they're talking about have a degree from a university that accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal, and guarantees that you will have the diploma sitting on your wall 2 weeks from the date of purchase from their secure shopping cart.

I'm surprised that those same 'science communities' have forgotten that the mayan calendar ends in 2012, which is a sure harbinger of doom...

Have a read of this site, it's quite interesting:

Funny that, just the other day I heard a preacher in Ghana telling all the guests at a wedding that it was only one mile we had to move closer to the earth and we'd all cook. But if we move one mile away we'll all freeze. C'est la vie I suppose.

0.05 of a kilometre in 150,000,000 kilometres is not going to make any difference. There must be some mistake.

What's the mechanism involved in cooling the Earth's core?
