I remember seeing all those Berocca ads on TV when I was a teenager. They depicted middle age executive office types drinking a glass of the orange fizzy stuff to combat their stress and make it through the day.

Interesting to now see the latest promotions feature a guy in his mid-20's in an office environment trying to tackle a mountain of work with the assistance of the magical elixir.

From what I see in my office, it seems the latest bout of advertising has been effective, as a large percentage of the junior engineers in my office have a tube of Berocca on their desk.

Judging by the colour that the stuff turns your urine, I'd say their literally pi$$ing their money up against the wall, as it goes in one end and mostly out the other.

Anyone reckon they can notice the effects of a vitamin 'B' supplement?

I've never used it, but I worked with a guy that used to go out and drink a lot often, and he swore by it.

Ever since then, every time I see the ad I think 'ah another person that had a bit much the night before'. I think that's really who its marketed at, not just everybody that needs another vitamin.

If you have reason to believe you are deficient in any vitamins, see a doctor as you may have a genuine disorder.

A bed time berroca, or one when you get up for that wee hours wee, can make a big difference after big night!

I guess I better stop eating corn too then.

I take vitamin B and I find it helps with my metabolism, I dont take other vitamin supplements just vit B.
