Went and saw the war of the worlds concert/musical.

I had great seats, the show:-great sound, music, light show and theatrical presentation.

but I was still bored during the show - must be getting old - hey wait on a minute I am old(ish)

WofTW would be just about the only way to drag me to anything musical theatre. Had to work on many shows years ago and it was shear toture!!

Count yourself lucky Dav that you didn't walk out of there in a pair of hot pants lovey!

I went to the Great Divide to see the Finger and the Chair (which was excellent) and as Fanning introduced the band (and some awesome pianist) he listed half of them as being mad keen windsurfers.. In fact the pianist lives in Sydney - anyone know him?

Isn't silver finger a nasty condition you get when you are deep mining in the nasal cavity?

The finger are still as good as ever. I don't know about that Johns boy trying (and failing) to hit the high notes live though? Maybe he needs to adjust the lackey band? Now that's an ordinary roady job...
