If you went, what did you think of the line-up and which act(s) made your day???

I really enjoyed Buddy Guy and Keb' Mo' - really slick and what the crowd wanted.

The Specials weren't, but I have never really liked their stuff.

John Fogerty hasn't aged (unlike me) and he put on a great show of old favourites.

I watched The Pogues (first time live) with a sense of sadness for where S.M is at as an alcoholic but I really enjoyed the bands energy and music. I left the tent having had a great hour or so of Pogues distinct sound - albeit I couldn't understand any of what SM said except during the songs !! I have no idea how he gets through a song without totally forgetting the words. Come to think of it there may have been a verse or two missing from Waltzing Matilda......

Overall a great day

I only went to see the specials really.
They fully rocked out. I thought they were as enthusiatic and exciting as they were in the early 80's.
Fully impressed and looking forward to The English Beat in Sept already.

CSN were ****. Looked like David Crosby was pissed off and Stephen Stills looks wrecked. I saw him have a good old blow on his ventolin inhaler at one point.

Wasn't really interested in anyone else. Specials should have been on for longer. Friend in work reckoned John Fogerty was epic but played for too long. Pogues were alos highly rated.

Was gobsmacked at how many +55 skanky hoes there are in Perth. Never noticed them before.
Good crowd nice vibe and good to see a mixed all ages all colours audience.

Yeah I've had the blues after some roots before, but mostly been pretty happy.

See you there next year

Probably a bit rude of me
But to see older people, wearing very skimpy clothes with bleached blonde hair and their obesity overflowing was a bit disturbing.
A friend told me of these two fatties. One in the bog he waiting right outside, she comes out fat as hell and he chains himself to her. They turn to the crowd "we're chained together"
Festivals getting interesting in Perth?
