With all this talk as of late, about the US Election. I want to know as a 30 year old, middle class Australian man with a young family what does a Joe Biden win mean for me? What will change in Australia if anything? In 2016 everyone was saying that we are all F#cked because Trump won and to be honest nothing really changed. Is thia election the same?

If Joe does win, it will embolden the lunatics here in Australia with the belief their ideas have popularity.

Don't worry though, Trump may still win yet.

Come on, Ol' Sleepy Joe beat Ol' One Term Donald easily.
90% of yanks accept that now,
according to the fake news services,

The other 10% ( trump family members and The Yes Men ) are arguing amongst themselves over whose turn it is to tell donnie he has been given a good spanking and it's time to move out of the joint.

How will it affect anyone here ?
Haven't got a clue

Under Trump dictatorships Australia was forced onto war with China. I hope that will end now..USA may now appoint new PM for Australia and Kevin Rudd could be the one. One that lead us all of the madness war against China that cost us dearly already. in my opinion like 300 bln dollars of our pockets to fight this Chinese war, bond to lost anyway.
btw. I switched now to power saving mode and running brain at 5% max. Can,t you all see who chooses PM in Australia? is it you or white house?

in reality in 2025 it means you will be a 35 year old, middle class Australian man with a slightly older young family, and you will need to chase the young boys away from your daughter (if you have a girl)

So nothing will be different re who thinks runs what they think is the most powerful country

Don't know about you, but Rudi might be allowed back to the hairdresser and not have to dye his own hair, if they address the Pandemic

Perhaps you should ask yourself; what do you mean to Joe Biden?

You just be a good citizen for your government and follow the herd like the rest of us sheep. Yes bleat all you like, but whether we end up over a cliff or in a green pasture isn't our decision.

I am inclined to think it will overturned.

Troops in the street soon all across America enforcing a strict military law imposed to quell the dissent?

If HW existed, there would be a thread about the pizza shop, cash in hand work, work restrictions on certain classes of visa, wage theft and then the inevitable red vs blue slanging match....

Ahhhh... better off without it

Sounds a bit like what is happening elsewhere in the world under the guise of a new strain of the seasonal flue.

next they'll be wanting to give everyone an injection of an experimental code that changes cellular function and... oh

think I'll just stay at home

Rails - in the U.K they are set to roll out a 'freedom pass' to anyone who has had two negative tests in a week so you are allowed to mix outside without the need for a mask Who would have ever believed it.

That's just insanity. 95% of people in the UK haven't been infected, so you would expect most people to pass a negative test.

Whoever is the president of the United States has very little effect on the average American let alone the average Australian. Thankfully.
