Most of these blokes work as mechanics and have sponsors. So rebuilding a motor after cooking it means nothing to them.
The last bloke in the vid built the motor in my cousins kingswood which was at motivation. Let me see if I can find some photos...

I understand that green room i have my uteris parked in the shed aswel :-).
i want to make it clear that these people have business The predominent of these cars have top level mechanics as support crews.
Im glad to see that professional people can race do burnouts and enjoy there sport in the right enviroment as they are the best of the best and have the knoledge to represent there spot at a plce like the motor plex for everyone one to enjoy.
If u ever go there make sure u have hearing protection.

I still find it dissapointing to see people blatently abuse public road and jepordise
the saftey of our kids.

10/10 motorplex bogans
I think its good that under a controlled and patrolled enviroment this sport is quite spectacular and done under the right enviroment surely minimises uncalculated risks.I dont agree with people doing such extreme driving under no controlled enviroments such as public roads
SLOW DOWN we love our kids

Yep totally agree with you Buster 110%
I have young kids of my own and hate with a passion when people hoon around our streets with no reguards to anyone else other than their hot head and showing off to their mates.

Anyway here is a photo of my son at the jet drags a few weeks back and some photos of my cousins latest project car.
His number one project car is an HQ Monaro. Two door of course

Ahh when cars were made out of steal and not plastic..
AND the dreaded EFI wasnt invented.
Nice car i like it thumbs up !!!
People who dont modify rear tyre guards on there new cars and do burnouts usually set there cars alight near the back wheels. I seen it ;-)
Bring back real cars i say not plactic moulded ones.
good to see he has hearing protection on!!!!! as ears would be ringing when he went to sleeps.

The other measure of horsepower is weight (well, lack of it).

Dunno why EFI is dreaded: you never tune as such, it tells you what is wrong with it if you can get a copy of fault codes from a workshop manual and even better no stuffing around with chokes (auto or otherwise) and cold mornings. I know blokes who had hot V8's form the 70's /early 80's and loved them, swore by them, but after a week driving their missus jap car to work they realised just how easy and smooth things can be..... and they went and got WRX / EVO / Supra etc

Most Public roads and other areas (if your car is powerful enough).

but i get your point.

for the record, I also liked the use of the word de accelerate.

HMMM, i wonder if changing to a smaller top pulley on the supercharger will make a difference on the launch?
