As long as the breeze has been created by the thermal effect, it is a seabreeze, what you may be referring to is the summer pattern of seabreezes, which occur, virtually everyday, that usually doesn't occur till the inland temperatures have heated to a certain level and the differential with the water temp of the indean ocean creates a summer pattern of seabreezes. So the last couple of sw may have been seabreezes, just untypical, and as you'll notice not very regular.
