Looking at an investment property.
Those of you with exposure to this market and experience, who has the best deals for P&I over 25 year time frame that I can take a look at?
So far I see Myrate home loans have the best but could be misleading. No fees and 5.67% Helpppppp
Closest my bank can come to is 5.81%, and all the usual fees they screw you with

Hey mate, after the last 10 years with Members Equity, who were very good and decent rates. I h recently sold and re-bought.
After much searching have decided to go with My Mortgage Freedom.
Great to deal with, you get to to a real person almost straight away everytime.
No fees or charges for anything at all and 5.35% comparison rate (the real rate).
Couldn't be happier :)

Interest rates are down so therefore it is harder to borrow money.

Be less concerned about interest rates and be more concerned about who is prepared to lend and how much of your arse they want.
