To whom it may concern[windsurfing association]
I was in lancelin on the weekend,at the tavern,you know having a meal a few beers,and a bet,when the windsurfing trophy cabiniet took my eye.
On inspection i noticed that the wave sailing,Ledge to lancilin and Slalom results had not been updated on to the trophys since 2001
It was cool to look at the past champs,and recall each season
With the wave sailing nationals ect etc etc and 2004/05 summer season here.
It would be good to see the trophys updated,on my next visit.

I think you will fiond that the Endevour Tavern run the event independently, but under the Windsurfing WA Association banner.
Hence the trophy is property of the event organiser not WWA as one would expect/assume.
this minor detail could have been overlooked in the past, so just by contacting the organiser, I think this issue will be justified (attended to) without too much hassle.

Yer no worries silvo,one of those things i noticed and thought the committee would be interested to follow up.Are you part of that commitee?

Yes i am part of the WWA committee.
What many people do not understand is how windsurfing WA is volunteer based. We are a team of windsurfering interested Volunteers. So assistance like the above is vital for our success.
We always need help, whether it be something as simple as cooking a BBQ, your efforts will be appreciated. SO lend a hand if possible
