I wonder who would pay the excess on the insurance (if it was insured) for the nissan, would you pay it if you were the Toyota?
I personally would but anyone else have any etiquette for this situation....

I recon if you borrow a car and prang it or rite it off you should pay the excess, hoping that the insurance covers it

I think doggie knew what he was saying. There are certain rites that go with seeing Toyotas die that only Landrover owners would know. Some call them "victory dances".

The important thing though is, at the end of the day the boat was OK.

Maybe having a boat you can't steer, a flash 4wd you can't drive and damaging somebody else's property ??

Then again we all **** -up once in a while, so it is probably only bogan if you do it all over again next week.
