Surely that must be terrible, like forgetting your kite on a road trip and it's blowing...

In hindsight, alot of blokes would now be thinking "I wish my bride stood me up"

well I was about to propose my ex when she ran away and since thenbeen wondering about the one that ran away (serial killers have the same problem I hear... ) and my dad's best mate was stood up and moved to the silicon valley in the 80's so turned out alright... but it seems you guys had the reverse problem...

Also why did I get red thumbed on that???

Because it makes people dwell on how good life could have been if we had been stood up

So where's all the windsurfers gone ?
I thought you guys would have had a field day with this thread.
Kiting = gay wedding.

Edit: "Not there's anything wrong with that".

You hit it on the head. Gay wedding indeed. You have marriage, a contractual institution invented for the protection of women and children that is akin to a prison sentence and for some unfathomable reason gays feel their human rights are being violated because they are legally exempt from this punishment. Is it any wonder that these people are kiters?

Oh no no no... Don't troll that one and try to divert it to a thread about gay marriage!
