with a new bunch of clowns at the helm with a massive mandate to change it seems that it's just more of the same .Just saw a prime time ad for being prepared for bushfires .the chance of a bushfire right now is somewhere between buckleys and none .Perhaps an ad for being prepared for storms and flooding would ave been a better spend of taxpayers money.Inept councils seem to still bumble along making a hash of things while the state govt stand idlely by(Newcastle Fig fiasco, 2mill down the toilet )
at least the last premier was sexy

Yeah.

It's pretty much as you've described. Business as usual. The other mob deserved to lose as they were so incompetent and corrupt.

Living in a safe seat sucks. We supposedly live in a democracy however the Liberals could stick Josef Stalin, whose policies include the confiscation of private homes, up as my local Liberal candidate, and he would win. So basically my vote means nothing.

I've seen Barry O'Farrell around a bit and he is a decent bloke. Not at all pretentious. However so much needs to be done to reduce the influence government has over us. That's what the Liberals should be about but it seems it's the same old business as usual.

yep Barry's a decent bloke but c'mon Barry you can afford 3 elections of taking some risks with the majority you've got .I like your idea's but your team needs to take a closer eye on the detail ol mate and extract the ol digit and get a move on .The wheels seem to be moving rather slowly.Maybe 3 elections worth of majority is leaving you all feeling a bit too comfy.
