just came up with a good one.
probably better for work though.
I'm leaving work tomorrow,
so i have taken a snapshot of my computer desktop.
tomorrow i will set that as my wallpaper and delete all the icons.
When they log into my computer to finish all my left over tasks it will be like none of the icons are working (except the start button.)
I won't be here to enjoy it but it will probably take the IT expert to work out what is wrong with my computer.
Just for an extra laugh i have used the same image for the screen saver and added a warning box to click here to unlock the computer, as soon as they touch the mouse it will disappear.
Does that make sense? Is it funny to anyone else??
actually it probably would work well in the library or computer room ata university
Yep...
I did this to a guy at work... Had him stumped... was kinda funny as he had heaps of un-saved files open which I left in the screen shot...
Don't forget to keep the task bar in your desktop screenshot, then hide the real task bar - that way the start button is just the image - and doesn't work either... and you don't need to delete the desk top icons, you can hide all of those also... Just right mouse click on your screen, select "Arrange Icons By" and de-select "Show Desktop Icons"
