Keeping people at work for more daylight hours is a ridiculous way to try to reduce skin cancer.
It's my body, let me choose if I wanna burn it (I don't, by the way).
Additionally, I would say that daylight savings would reduce skin cancer due to outdoor workers spending less time in the hottest part of the day.
We should at least give it a trial. If we don't, we'll never really know what we're missing!
