Well we both know I don't subscribe to any Divine Wiggity-Woos, and I'm sure you have constructed for yourself a very interesting personal Deity. I wasn't concerned with that.

My point was that much of the world, do subscribe to a Deity that is a Cosmic Dictator.. They actively enjoy living under his Totalitarian Rule.. A true Global Leader..

you know barn, i was brought up in a christian family so i have a fair idea for whats going down from a christian view point. while i'm not a practising christian by any means, what i learnt 30 odd years ago is unerring coming about.

this is exactly what people are looking for with globalisation- someone or group to lead them and in a way be their god.

it's the way we are made. in some way everyone is looking for 'it'

'religion' is a man made product for control- think of the romans -can't beat them join them, the crusades, spanish inquisition etc. its got nothing to do between some one and their 'relationship' with god.
