So far, so good Barbie. Three of our neighbours signed stat decs to confirm that Bear is not a problem and the council called to let us know that the outcome of their investigations have just confirmed that the neighbours that were making the complaints were just complaining for the sake of complaining.

Bear is still at home with us where he belongs!!!
