Nup, he would have got 15 years if it hit someone. If you watch the vidoe he took careful aim.

Britain Backs Middle Class Children Who Want The Moon On A Stick
10-11-10

BRITAIN today threw its weight behind middle class children who deserve everything handed to them on a plate because they're all so very special.

We're lucky to have them
As spoiled young people who think they know everything attacked the police, across the country millions of ordinary workers cheered them on and said they were the best people in the world.

In central London, more than 50,000 lazy, pretentious, self-absorbed protesters said it was vital for Britain's future that the cost of their education should not be allowed to eat into their handsome, white collar salaries and their capacity to pay for ****ty, new world music and holidays in the less touristy parts of Italy.

The protest had already attracted widespread support even before the middle class youngsters had injured some policeman, broken some windows and frightened dozens of people who had been working since nine o'clock this morning instead of watching Cash in the Attic or asking their parents for an increased limit on their credit cards.

Meanwhile prime minister David Cameron has cut short his visit to China and is flying back to the UK so that he can meet with the middle class children and apologise for threatening to make their adult lives very, very slightly less affluent.

The prime minister's spokesman said: "They are heroes, plain and simple. I could try and condemn them for injuring policemen and damaging private property, but it would be a transparent lie.

"We're now going to let them run the country for the next two years because they're so clever and special and they know how everything works."

Roy Hobbs, an ambulance driver from Grantham, said the lazy, middle class children who think they are brilliant had inspired him to have a lie in tomorrow before quitting his job, taking someone else's money and then punching a policeman if anyone objected.

He added: "I would go down to London and join them if only I was as wise and clever as they are.

"I'm not fit to lick the boots their parents bought them."

"is 32 months jail too much?"

are you SERIOUS?
This is no different to throwing rocks off the freeway overpasses and would have been murder or manslaughter if it connected.

He doesnt look like the sporty athletic type who could throw a heavy object from 7 floors and judge where its going to land amongst a moving target.

I imagine someone is going say that the "government" used mind control to cause him to do it by sending cloud messages....

A piffed fire extuingisher doesn't make much of an intellectual point now does it?

BTW - 24 months of the penalty were for sporting a Michael Bolton do in public.

All middle class privately educated "students" (remember when we used to call them kids or children?) sport the same hair do. Look at the gimp who defaced the cenotaph a couple of weeks later - son of the art school hero rebel from Pink Floyd. It's a statement of their individuality you see - the "look at me" gen who just wants it all. To be fair, this tools mumsy took him to the cop shop - which is a display of excellent manners. Still, 32 months seems about right - he's in for a very, very tough time from the working class boys from the council estates in the East End.

I would have thought it was obvious.
Those who run red lights in trucks usually have their eyes open and try and guide the truck through the intersection. All the way through. Mostly they succeed.
If they just shut their eyes 100 metres back and floored it then there would not be much difference.

It is clear from the vid that the mealy mouthed clown who threw the extinguisher had no control over where it landed and the area that he threw it into was well populated. He should be thanking the god he is trying to learn about in his "religious studies" that it didn't hit anyone.
He will only serve half the sentence.
I think he doesn't learn very fast so perhaps 16 months might be sufficient for the lesson to sink in.

Serves him right.!

Well I was thinking when I was waiting at the lights and when they turned green, the cars in front of me started to move off. The truck came from the right and tried to beat the cars through. It collected the first car at about 80km/hr and took a while to stop with the car still wrapped around the front of the truck.

OK.
I think that's covered by this sentence.;-

If they just shut their eyes 100 metres back and floored it then there would not be much difference.

Throw the book at him.
Preferably something big and heavy.
War and peace might do.
Even better, make it the whole Harry Potter series.
The hard cover versions.

War and peace is like a tampon to a whale when ya got telephone books, but then again you got hazza pot pot, and his heavily weighted magic wand measured at 9 and 3 quarters ;)
