Fencing and windsurfing.
You have to try to poke holes in the competitors' sails with the sword, to slow them up, but too much slashing and you lose speed or heading etc so it is a delicate balance

Why do we need both Long Jump and High jump?

There would be much more skill involved in a High-long jump.

I reckon because they have to wear earmuffs it would be muff-diving.

You could also have syncronised muff-diving...

I like the idea of hurdles and pole vault. It would be fun to watch.

How about soccer and boxing? That would be good fun to watch too. Similar to rubgy.
