thanks for the ice packs, physio advice, and supporting me on the way upto the car.

still not sure if its broken yet, but its looking a little better than down the beach so im hoping its fine.

yep, an ankle,


and grumps, my feet arnt that bad

no just a helitack, but i wasnt upwind enough and i went from a wide goya to a old slim jp, and i had my feat rong, and it slit off the deck, but it may have to be one of those times i tellmy mates i was going for a double forward, and i just lost it,


the way it happend was, my ankle got slammed between the rail and as the mast swung around, and it got crushed,. well im off to have xrays soon. so this will be the truth ,fingers crossed its not broken
