Seriously mate, go to any big hardware store; Bunnings, Hardware house, etc and you can pick up a reasonable quality pump for around $20. They sell them for pumping up air beds, blow up dolls, etc, but they're identical to a kite pump and have a range of attachments which will most likely suit your doll....err....kite.
