All the spots, best conditions, etc. Kiting's super-restricted up there in summertime. Ideal time of year is when you've got tramontana winds blowing down san pere pescador, tho you might be overpowered on a 6m. Otherwise you're sailing light to moderate spring sea breezes at E/SE facing beaches.
But I'm not expert on the region.
