Hi guys,
I've managed to break one of the minor bridle lines on my 15M sonic race (not the VMG). What are my options in Aus for support/advice/purchasing replacement? (I'm in Melbourne)

Flysurfer can post you a single piece of already spliced line for the repair (order online) or you can source the equivalent from a sailmaker (Ryan The Sail Doctor here in WA) and splice it yourself. It's not too difficult. You have a couple of of options. Check out their line diagrams online and identify which piece (pieces) you need. It'll give you all the details.

+1 for Ryan. He replaced 2 small bridle lines which were worn but not broken on my Hyperlink. It was done in situ without removing the bridle by simply obtaining the right length from the existing section and sewing the new line next to it. The worn line is then cut off. Having the line broken would mean mirroring the length from the opposite side.
Very functional and painless in comparison to disassembling the entire bridle.
