I have been in contact KM Global and their client is Stockland who is one of the developer working on the South Development. They are using our sports to promote a development that will adversely affect us. As sailors and beach users are have a lot to lose if the development destroys the sailing conditions. Guaranteed the minute people start to live in the new houses there will be complaints about sailors of all types being dangerous and attempts made to ban us from the beaches.

This sort of advertising should not be supported by this forum

I have looked at their website and another of their clients is wonderbra. Do you think girls with enhanced boobs will get you banned from sailing at beaches too? Surely if they are looking to promote kitesurfing in the area, that is a good thing? Please can you explain how the development will destroy the sailing conditions in the area, as a kitesurfing friend of mine is considering moving there.

The development of a huge Marina/boat pen/private on the ocean rich peoples homes is set to stuff up Crazy Waves a sandbar that runs out from South beach a few Km's

The development has the possibility (some believe) to wind shadow/gustify it on a NW and alter the sandbar significantly even destroying it

I guess what this bloke is saying is that polers and kiters to will be used in promo material for Mirvac to aid them in the selling of the development/private housing and the ultimate demise of crazys

I have just sent you an email regarding this photo shoot at South Beach in Freo. You must get permission from the City of Fremantle to do this, especially since the recent negative media coverage we have had recently.

Thanks for the explanation. Sounds pretty bad if the development could possibly destroy a sandbar, I guess money can buy you pretty much anything these days.
