hey guys just wondering whats the limit with my 07 waroo 13m. Went out in 18 gusting to 26 knots and the kite was very very uncomfy to ride just boucing every in the wind window. So just wanted to know whats the most wind it can handle before she rips in half.

i doubt very much your kite will rip in half from strong wind... a newer kite probably wont be all that different if looking at another kite try going down to a 9 or similar..

Hey Kemosaby

The 13 waroos are great for light winds & big airtime from 18 - 25 knots if the lines & trim are set CORRECTLY as well as on / off depower.

Is your main concern, a 13m of any brand doesnt handle 25+ very well or should you really be asking whos got a good 9m 4 sale ...

P.s if you want comfeeee - just sit in da car n watch

yeah well we never seem to get wind past 18 knots so never really needed a smaller kite. So yeah anything past 25 knots look at getting a smaller kite.

Save The Whales,
Can you tell me how to set the lines & trim CORRECTLYto prevent Waroo from flying like jellyfish,as soon as wind hits 20 knots with a bit of gust ( 25 knts.) Im afraid that my 09 11m is going to break in half, in such light wind I fly it with depower strap fully on, ( power on) and setting AA , I have equal front and rear lines calibration and use 2nd or 3rd knot from the kite.
All the kites around fly rock solid, is it me or the kite???.
Thanks

I fly a 13m waroo and have no probs with its handling, but in those wind conditions any kites gona fly wonky 18 gusting 26 is a big gust. I fly mine on third knot from end (end furthest from kite that is) and it flys great. Prehaps a smaller kite in those conditions, but gusting like that its gona be bouncy. Try 1/2 depower next time.

It also depends on how heavy you are... my 9m doesnt get me up wind until its a solid 25-30, so had no choice but to fly the 13 to 25+, i find it goes OK, i had the 13m 07 waroo pro, it was still stable up to 30 knots, but by then it was maxxed on power and needed someone to land me.. Tips are to fly the kite low, edge hard, go slow then send it hard, you will launch into orbit

Don't fly the waroo but in 18 to 26 I am on a 9m. my 13 is for 20 max.

Sounds like it might just be too windy for the kite.
