PKRA Australia is coming 5 - 12 December 2010, Gold Coast.

We have had so much interest in "Wild Cards" for the Race event that we have decided to open it to the public !!!

Anyone can win !

You will need to have AKSA insurance. If you have it, then compete !!!

Straight downwind sprint 10km, $5,000.

"Wild Card" spots are still available for PKRA Freestyle and Wave events. Upload your video or pictures to the facebook page. Get your friends to comment. The best will get the "Wild Cards".

"Red Bull Kite Cross" 11 & 12 December 2010 !!! Race in and out of surf with Red Bull obstacles like you have never seen before !!! Head to head, four riders per heat. Have you got what it takes to do designated tricks over the obstacles, including the "Red Bull Wall" ? If so upload your video !!! $5,000 up for grabs !!!

Gold Coast International Hotel, Closing Ceremony and After Party will close the PKRA World Tour on 12 December 2010. 3,000 capacity After Party !!!!

Ric, if you win the money it will pay for the petrol !!

It is FREE to enter !!! so you can't lose !!!

I'll give you an incentive to come to the event. You come up from Newcastle to the event and introduce yourself to me at the event (with a print out of this forum and your ID ) and i'll give you $50 drink voucher to celebrate with, win or not ! What do you say to that ?

For the rest of you out there... There are lots of spot prizes for those of you who come to support the event.

Also, why not have a go at the beach volleyball, beach soccer or even beach netball !!!

Not sure I like were this is going, but just checked jetstar, I can get a return flight for under $180

What dates are the downwinder planned

they got the "best board off dick trick" or the "most impressive aerial hooked in trick for spectators awareness and pleasure"

Yah if they can run it on the weekend (wind permiting) it should attract a large number of kiters
