Tony : It was the 9 mtr Tribal that tried to give Chris a spanking.
I finally got out on it, it's the ducks guts that thing, it just feels so right, does exactly what ya want it to do.

Na, Tony's not a sadist, although, Down at Sandy Point whilst practicing Body dragging in Feb I got blown to the opposite sand bank to where the rest of the crew were. I was there for quite some time, stranded. Relizing my smokes were on the other bank and looking to the otherside I could see Tony, he had this smile like Jack Nicholson in the Shining, he's eyes were glowing red and I thought I saw little protrusions coming out of his forhead. But hey,it was only the one time.

Cant comment much on the Tribal 9, have only used a 12 switchblade before it. The switchblade has been fantastic learning on and lovely to ride, but the tribal 9 is so quick, yet so responsive. I dont know,it just feels so right. I thought the depower on the switchy was good, thr Tribals just as good,if not better IMO I think I'm in wuv.

What happened boys?

Had an awesome session at 13th. 6 to 8 foot swell, a nice (slightly gusty) 25 to 40 knot south westerly, what more could a wagging school boy ask for?

Freek2Kite - it's not the beach that counts, it's the size of your kite! And in my case an 8m venom was awesome, lit up when the squalls came through, slightly underpowerd in between.

I laid my lines out, and by the time i got back to my bar, there was a pile of sand that the wind had blown up against! The seagulls were hiding in the shadow of the sandune! I struggled to walk upwind at one point (without the kite!)

Who said an 8m venom was too small a kite!
