Where is the camera when you need it !!!
Yesterday at Brighton Beach Botany Bay a rider known as the CAPTAIN was observed by many to launch himself during a 25knt gust into the heavens. Being a witness to this event I must say the jump was perfection itself.
The Captain is well known for his cloud reaching jumps and his technical ability in all manner of his kiting but this jump on his 12mtr Rhino 6 - yes folks it was a " C " kite - was extraordinary.
The challenge is on Sydney boys - who can top the Captain.

Iwas ther and saw it definitely the biggest jump seen in the Bay for a very long time. Will take a lot of beating.

I am sorry I missed it. Was watching everyone at about 5pm. There certainly were alot of big jumps. A 40 foot jump in a SE, The Captain better be careful, a Boeing 747 might just clean him up.

Yes it was certainly the biggest jump I have ever seen I would have to say it was around the the 40 foot mark if not a little bigger.

And yes the 06 rhino certainly jumps big , well done, the captain rules the big air.

congrats on the jump captain.i too are a chaser of big air. usually once a year i can break into these kind of heights but conditions and technique need to be spot on. can be scary though when you get up around 25ft then get a second lift. once i thought i wasnt going to stop. i peaked at around 45ft and travelled over 100mtrs. once again i take my hat off to you and any other big air chasers out their. fly to be high

I've seen 'VB Man' getting some pretty damn good air time over here on the West Coast. East vs West challenge
Well done... I love watching others go for height and air time!

he uses a foli lol...... Nah he's on an Air rush, lift i think. Yeah he boosts big time......real big. dont drop your board near him though he eats them

was watching Dan Anderson the other day, think it was New year eve.
Now that was big air by gummy. he was going huge totally overpowered on a 10m Rhino 06

i was doing what i thought were huge jumps and able to see to the car park.
Dan was jumping at least 3 times as high, and looking out to Mandurah. He dared to do Deadmans, spins twirls loops etc etc etc etc etc etc etc **** he's good and **** i am crap .

Hang on a second Mr Poor Relative.
QUOTE: Dan was jumping at least 3 times as high.....

Now, I'm not the worlds greatest mathematition (or speller maybe) but 3 times 5 feet=15 feet, correct?

I think Dan boosts slightly HUGER than that!

I do admit I missed this day in particular. Maybe you were going huge, but I won't believe it till I see you out boosting the Greuzmeister.

Yeah but did you mean it?

P:S you guy's should've been @ woodies today. Jess and I had the offshore to ourselves for about an hour, then a mate rocked up (the Mighty Marklar (from the planet Marklar) and then about half an hour later all hell broke loose when the rest of the world suddenly realised the wind was blowing.

On the water 12:30 off the water 3:30. I love WA
