Nuh, 700 sounds like a fair price I think. I just bought a 7 meter Ozone Sport for 500 which I think was a good deal, but thats an 07 kite so obviously cheaper.
Got an 11 meter you wanna sell aswell?

$700 is about right and if the kite is in good condition it will be a good buy for someone at that price.
Used 2008 kites from leading kite brands in good condition should be around $700- $1000max and used 2009 kites anywhere from $900-$1250 of cause if a used kite is in mint condition it may be worth a little more.
Just a rough guide
