You know what you did today at Woodies was fantastic and deserves public applause.

Thank you very much!

Perth kiting is great because of guys like you and Dan (heard he did his share of recuing as well). You are two unselfish, caring people who we are all privaleged to share the water with.

No story for sticky beaks as it does not involve myself. Just public praise is enough.

I think that there are so manny bad stories in this forum, that for a change we could have some positive one
Any way, the public prise is a positive thing too.
Cheers

As one of the learners that met a tired Damo after he went "above & beyond", I was immensely encouraged to know that there are guys like him on the water, especially after a frustrating session, it was a breath of fresh air. Glad to see you made it back Damo & thanks for your inadvertant encouragement by landing where we were! You have topped up my hope factor & maybe one day we'll be good enough to be able to do what you were capable of, for someone in need.

DAMO is an instructor for SOS at freo and is one of the true role models of the sport. rescued half a dozen kites, sometimes the same person more than once with no malice.
SHOULD have enough beer to last him to christmas.... Show your gratitude if someone saves $400-2000 of your gear and stuffs up his whole arvo to help you out....
any cartons/top shelf 6 packs can be dropped off at SOS for the extreme W.Australian of the year!
Silv.... no it wasnt gruezi who needed rescuing, he knows how to self rescue on the offshore side!
