Hey

I just got a nice private message from kite boy.

"hey man you know how you slagged me off and didnt spell some thing right your self well next time we meet we will sort it out but not from behind our comps like little pussies ok"

Are we going to sort out the spelling of the word legible are we Bradley? Like a spelling bee? Because from what I've seen, I don't think you have much of a chance. I'll give you a head start though...

That should have read:
"Hey man, do you know how you slagged me off and didn't spell something right yourself? Well, next time we meet we will sort it out, but not from behind our comps like little pussies ok?"

I'm not hiding behind a user name. You have met me...I was the one teaching my missus when you decided to kite 300m downwind and throw down your sickest 12 o'clock raileys in front of her before trying to fish for compliments.
You were also up at the leighton wave comp...doing freestyle...40km away from home.

As I said, you're poser.

Cheers,

Dan Roberts

I don't understand his logic.
It's all bad mouthing this one, harassing that one and insulting everyone else.
He even spat out a derogatory comment to Elmo....WTF?

Surely its better to make friends and be relaxed than to wind people up and create enemies

What's gonna get sorted out? Has anyone seen the size of this micro-grom?
A hard-core spelling bee, in 18-23 knots at woodies, proudly sponsored by SOS, AKSA approved with kitecrazzy the ref..? Sounds cool.

Oh dear, what has Kite Boy done now?

The spelling is a non-event.

KB is really an ok kid, if a bit "off the rails." All this young man needs to figure out is that attention seeking behaviour is ok, but it must be positive not negative.

The kid wants to make a career out of kiting and that demands some respect. However, hanging around WA when there is little to no wind, not going to school, being a rat bag on the forum and general "posing" behaviour is not on; all signs of a very bored and angry young man not getting enough wind.

KB is probably too young to leave home yet, but he should seriously consider being at a very windy spot ALL year round. Get a job, buy a plane ticket and follow the wind if that is your dream KB. Until you leave, or the wind comes back to WA stop all negative behaviour now and do something nice for someone every day and you will be ok.

Send the young lad up our way, the conditions up here have a nice way of bringing groms into the fold via humility. A season up here will result in a transformed grom into a humble, positive, well adjusted sincere, sharing, caring and generally fun loving, mum respecting clean cut, introduce your daughter type young man.

Or...

He might become a bitter, twisted, selfish, greedy little "wanna smash his face in" little bugger.

Depends who he's hanging with doesn't it?. Surely there's some kiters down there that can "guide" this youth into something constructive in the kiting realm?.

Don't send him to Sydney, no decent wind here and its very depressing . Enough to make anyone insain specially someone who was stupid enough to take up the sport in winter.

Hope you two sort it out, nothign worse than needing to constantly watch your back. Or it would seem in this case, dealing with angry letters from his mummy.

So, now I know who the KOOK was that drifted downwind to Ducthies that day and decided to go for umpteen handle passes in the wave zone resulting in a continually downed kite leaving the rest of us to navigate around it

Sorry Dan, but ...

"As I said, you're poser"

should have been:

"... you're a poser"
