how did you go with your bar setup scooter.....

If you've never dropped your kite, your not trying hard enough !
To hear your knee go POP ruins a kite trip !
Sucide leash's and onshore conditions are a interesting combination !
Broken ribs SUCK !

The main beachfront is the better spot for you to kite. Just make sure you are down wind of the swimming flags and keep and eye on all the people down wind of you on the beach.

The 14m should be about right most of the time.

If you want to know any more you can give me a call

Hey Brownee the bar set up was great BUT the knot where we tied the safty line got jammed in the hole in the bar. I was doing great untill i got over confident an got smashed some 400 mts out. So i tried but could not get back to my board. So i pulled my release and let go of the bar, thinking of collapsing my kite and swimming back to the board and then swimming in. Well the kite went into a spiral at FULL POWER and i saw a white light and a man saying dont go to the light !!!! It was a long swim in and even a longer walk (run) down the beach to get my kite. But man what a difference it was to fly the kite with all the lines set. Thanks DUDE.
